[EN] When BNP Paribas chose to consolidate in the same premises the various insurance companies which are part of its group, AMA was appointed to design the new facilities for Cardif, UBI Assicurazioni, BNL Vita and their shared Conference Center.
AMA’s scope of service includes a full interior design of three adjoining buildings and M&E consultancy.
Change management was one of the main objectives of AMA’s work, as it was necessary to harmonize fairly different corporate images and experiences in the usage of space, into a more efficient, flexible and comfortable working environment, while, at the same time, preserving each company’s specific identity.
